I have been a chef since 1997- 21 wonderful years!
What is the best part about working at Nostimo Restaurant Bar?
My favourite part about working at Nostimo is having the opportunity to change the way the Greek cuisine is known in Brisbane. I love being able to do this with such a friendly and hard working team of chefs by my side.
What is your favourite dish at Nostimo Restaurant Bar?
My favourite dish would definitely have to be Lamb Shoulder Kondosouvli! The wilted spinach and herbed yoghurt are the perfect accompanies to a great dish.
What has been the most rewarding experience about being a chef?
The travel and the excitement I get everyday at service time. I love seeing how happy my customers get when they eat my food.
If you could only make one dish for the rest of your life what would it be?
Linguine Vongole- the ultimate Italian dish served with delicious clams. YUM!
